GUESTS ABOUT THE 5TH CONGRESS

RESES OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS IN 2015 - 2017

BEATA SZYDŁO

What is needed is determination, honesty and an understanding that Polish shipyards and ports, together with all inland shipping, can be one of the flywheels of the entire Polish economy, and the congress, among others, serves to understand this.

MINISTER OF MARITIME ECONOMY AND INLAND NAVIGATION

MAREK GRÓBARCZYK

Over the past few years, successive editions of the International Maritime Congress have provided opportunities to address the most important topics related to the broader maritime economy, its needs, the opportunities but also the challenges and dangers facing it.

SECRETARY GENERAL, FEDERATION OF EUROPEAN PRIVATE PORT AND TERMINAL OPERATORS (FEPORT)

LAMIA KERDJOUDJ BELKAID

The congress is an international event that represents a good approach. It helps to bring together all stakeholders in one place and fosters dialogue. It is definitely the right place to be present, because of the opportunity for dialogue with various stakeholders.

DEPUTY MINISTER FOR. MARITIME SAFETY, MINISTRY OF SEA, TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE, CROATIA

KPT. SINIŠA ORLIĆ

We are participating in the congress because it is an important event for us because of our ties with Poland. The Baltic Adriatic corridor, that is, the links between the ports of the Baltic Sea and the Adriatic, is represented here. This corridor begins in the port of Rijeka and ends right here in Poland.

DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL AND ECONOMIC AFFAIRS. INTERNATIONAL AND ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, SEA EUROPE

DARIO BAZARGAN

This is an important event for several reasons, but primarily because of the importance of Poland as a maritime center. I represent the ship and equipment manufacturing sector, and Poland is an important country when it comes to ship repair and modernization, as well as equipment manufacturing and shipbuilding. For us, being here is very important because it allows us to discuss common challenges, solutions and ideas, supporting an innovative, sustainable and future-oriented transportation system in Europe.
