Request for quotation: technical support for the 12th International Maritime Congress
The Maritime Congress Foundation in Szczecin, as the organizer of the 12th International Maritime Congress, invites all interested parties to submit bids in response to a request for proposals for comprehensive technical services for the event.
This year's International Maritime Congress will be held on May 13–14, 2026, in Szczecin ( the first day at the Polish Theater and the second at the Radisson Blu Hotel) and will be an international event bringing together representatives of public administration, business, academia, and the maritime industry.
The subject of the inquiry includes, in particular, providing technical support for the congress, including, among others:
- sound and lighting systems,
- multimedia services,
- technical support during the event,
- other elements necessary for the proper implementation of the congress.

Request for quotation: catering services for the 12th International Maritime Congress
The Maritime Congress Foundation in Szczecin, as the organizer of the 12th International Maritime Congress, invites all interested parties to submit bids for catering services on the first day of the event, which will take place:
Date: May 13, 2026
Venue: Polish Theater in Szczecin
Number of participants: 500 people
Scope of the inquiry:
Please prepare an offer covering comprehensive catering services – details are described in the attached request for quotation – add file
Additional information:
- The event is international and formal in nature.
- Catering should be adapted to the space of the Polish Theater and the Congress schedule.
- Please indicate the proposed menu, unit price, and total value of the service (net and gross).
