Given that the 11th International Maritime Congress will be accompanied by the Informal Meeting of EU Maritime Ministers - there will be an inspection and verification of the participants of the Event. Each participant who purchases a ticket for the 11th International Maritime Congress is required to undergo and pass the verification by providing his/her personal information to the organizer. The participant also agrees and unconditionally accepts that his/her entry to the 11th International Maritime Congress is subject to positive security verification. Failure of positive verification is not a basis for requesting a refund of the entrance fee paid.

Passing the verification and security process is mandatory for every participant. We ask all participants to arrive early enough to the event due to the security check being conducted. Please bring a valid identification document with you.
