Given that the 11th International Maritime Congress will be accompanied by the Informal Meeting of EU Maritime Ministers - there will be strict control and verification of participants in the Event. Each participant who purchases a ticket for the 11th International Maritime Congress is required to undergo and pass verification by providing his/her personal information to the organizer and the Prime Minister's Office. The participant acknowledges that by purchasing an admission ticket he unconditionally agrees and authorizes the Maritime Congress Foundation to provide the Prime Minister's Office with his correspondence data (name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address). He also unconditionally agrees to be contacted by the Prime Minister's Office via email to verify and maintain security procedures. The participant also agrees and unconditionally accepts that his/her entry to the 11th International Maritime Congress is subject to positive security verification by the Prime Minister's Office. Failure of positive verification shall not be the basis for requesting a refund of the entrance fee paid.
