by a notarial deed by two founders on 04.02.2014: Polska Żegluga Morska Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe and the Northern Chamber of Commerce in Szczecin

The Ministry of Infrastructure is an office of government administration serving the minister responsible for the following branches of government administration: transport, maritime economy, water management and inland navigation.

The ports of Szczecin and Swinoujscie - the most versatile port complex in the southern Baltic Sea. It is developing in the inter- and multimodal direction, creating hub solutions for such transportation. Among other things, the port of Swinoujscie is the largest ferry terminal
in Poland, as well as the only terminal for LNG-fueled ships. The port can receive ships with a draft of up to 13.5 meters and a length of up to 270 meters. There is also a terminal for handling bulk cargo.The port of Szczecin is 68 km from the sea.
As a result of the dredging of the waterway from Swinoujscie
to Szczecin to a technical depth of 12.5 m, the Port can now receive ships with a draft of up to 11.5 m. It has a universal character
and handles both general cargo and bulk cargo. 

The Port of Gdynia, is a universal port and one of the leading ports in the southern Baltic Sea. It specializes in handling general cargo, including mainly unitized cargo carried in containers and in the ro-ro system. An important segment of its business is also the handling of bulk cargo
based on specialized terminals. The Port of Gdynia is a recognized brand in transportation and logistics systems around the world.

The Port of Gdansk is the only Baltic port that operates direct container links to China. We are Asia's maritime gateway to the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, the fastest growing region of the European Union.

The Northern Chamber of Commerce is an independent organization established to protect and represent the interests of its member entrepreneurs. It was established in 1997 in Szczecin on the initiative of 60 companies. Since its inception, it has maintained regular contacts with more than 150 organizations with a similar business profile, operating in Poland and Europe. Dynamic development and acquiring new members have placed the Chamber in the position of the largest chamber of commerce in Poland. Currently it brings together nearly 1500 companies.

Polska Żegluga Morska is one of the largest ship management companies in Europe. The company has been operating in the global market since 1951, providing services at the highest level. The core business of our company is the transportation of bulk cargoes in irregular shipping. Our goal is the efficient and safe transportation of goods, which is guaranteed

ORLEN Neptun is responsible for the development of offshore wind energy in the ORLEN Group. In October 2023, the company received a final decision from the Minister of Infrastructure to grant five new sites for the construction of offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea with a total capacity of about 5.2 GW. Four of them are located
on the Oder Bank, near Swinoujscie, where the corporation is building its installation port for offshore wind installations. The fifth site is located on the Central Shoal. This area borders the site of the 1140 MW Baltic Power wind farm, which ORLEN Group is developing
in cooperation with Canadian partner Northland Power.

The location of the cold storage facilities allows the company to handle ships

Polska Żegluga Bałtycka S.A. is a shipowner whose ferries have been sailing under the iconic POLFERRIES brand since 1976.
The fleet consists of 5 ferries including 4 connecting Poland
with Scandinavia every day. They operate on two routes: Gdansk-Nynäshamn and Swinoujscie-Ystad. Each year Polferries travels with hundreds of thousands of passengers, and the lower decks are filled with hundreds of thousands of vehicles. On October 7, 1926, the City Council of Gdynia passed a resolution
on the necessity of establishing a shipbuilding enterprise, determined its shape and location. On that day, Nauta Shiprepair Yard was established. Today, Nauta, with its easy access to the sea, provides excellent conditions for work even for the largest ships operating in the Baltic. The diversified core business is based on 2 segments: overhaul
and conversion of commercial vessels and armament production. The shipyard is only 23 km from Gdansk airport
and a 5-minute drive from the center of Gdynia with its numerous hotels and recreational facilities.

Polski Rejestr Statków S.A. (PRS) is an independent, internationally recognized
appraisal institution with more than 85 years of tradition in the market, a member of the elite International Association of Classification Societies (IACS).
