I Plenary Debate:

Counter-Transformation-Resilience: a strategy for the maritime industry in times of crisis

Seaports located at the intersection of supply chains, being transportation, energy and industrial hubs, can be important drivers
of sustainable growth and recovery. In order for them to play their role, it is necessary for the logistics industry to be prepared and resilient to dynamic changes, especially
carried by the occurrence of crises at the local or global level. The situations of the recent period, i.e. the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, have shown that it is necessary,
for the maritime industry to be flexible and capable of adaptation and transformation in times of crises that bring not only challenges, but also opportunities for development.

Plenary Debate II:

Revision of TEN-T network a guarantee of stability and continuity of Europe's transport strategy

An effectively functioning transport system within the EU is expected to contribute to improving the operation of the single internal market, stimulate
economic growth, and enhance the competitiveness of individual member states and the EU as a whole. Stability and continuity of the network, an instrument for
coordination and ensuring consistency and complementarity of infrastructure investments, are the main guidelines of the latest TEN-T review. Do and how do the developed
network development scenarios support the importance of key cross-border projects connecting European countries? How to adapt the network maps to the current
infrastructure priorities of individual member states?

III Plenary Debate:

Green transformation in the maritime economy - opportunities and challenges

Green transformation in the maritime business - opportunities and challenges
Climate and environmental challenges can become new opportunities in all areas implemented in the maritime business. The entire
range of opportunities and challenges for maritime business will be created by new technologies, optimization of processes, as well as changes in attitudes of individual
entities involved in maritime trade. Creating a new sustainable market for port and transport services is a great challenge.
Considering the work on the EU package of climate proposals, it is already necessary to consider how to implement them for the benefit of the economy.
